U.S. Style Cabinet, Where You Go When You Want it Done Right
Our Showroom Cabinet Sets
Although the owners and employees of U.S. Style Cabinets have been making cabinets and cabinet components since 2014 everything was for export to the U.S., un-assembled, so there was never a need for a showroom for local sales.
After CSMFG, Inc shut down out at Clark due to the rising costs of government red tape and regulations, the girls decided to start up a cabinet company for local sales. A shop was located in early spring of 2019, the building extensively remodeled including a new floor, office area, and storage shelves, and the equipment was installed by November 2019.
The showroom is definitely a work in progress but the first showroom sample was installed by the middle of December 2019. That was the Xevera set, named for the Mabalacat housing development of the same name that had pretty much the same floor plan for thousands of units.
The Xevera set has carcasses (cabinet boxes) made of 3/4″ thick marine plywood and the exterior parts are all made of 3/4″ MDF so that they are smooth enough to paint and be nice and smooth. MDF does have limitations, you have to use it in the right place. Drawers made out of MDF would be impossible without the metal drawer side system but with the system it makes a rock solid cabinet drawer.
The doors and drawer fronts are a style called five part doors, so named because they have five parts, four rails and one center panel. These are more labor intensive than a simple slab door and will add around 200 pesos per door and drawer front, more on the larger doors.
These doors are not any stronger, they are lighter and less load on the hinges, but they are just prettier. The offset is that they are more difficult to keep clean so the slab doors are better for a hard working kitchen or a bit more work is needed to keep them clean.
The cabinets are modular, easy to repair should they ever require repair, and quite strong. The cabinets rest on cabinet feet to avoid water wicking up into the cabinets should a sink leak occur and it allows for spraying for bugs under the cabinets or running water lines, drains, or wiring.
One benefit of the modular cabinet system is that it is less expensive to update the kitchen when the set becomes worn or damaged. The end panels are easily replaceable and each cabinet can be removed if needed without damage to the surrounding cabinets.

The Black Painted Showroom Set
This set is smaller than the Xevera set which is a large kitchen for a lot of Filipino homes. It is made in the less expensive method, clear coated cabinet insides instead of painting the inside of the cabinets, but it is the same clear coat as is used on the painted cabinets. The edgebanding is left off the cabinet box edges which you see only when you open the door. And it is smaller, more of a typical sized kitchen for a middle class home in the Philippines.
The set is made with all MDF, cabinet boxes and the exterior parts. MDF is plenty strong enough, it is the preferred material even in expensive U.S. market cabinets. The same hardware is used as the Xevera set including the metal side drawer system. It has a separate 36″ wide sink island or the sink cabinet can be put on a wall.
Unfinished cabinets, 26,105 pesos
Paint finish, 3,915 pesos
Customer pick up price, 30,020 pesos
Delivery and Installation Angeles area, 3,000 pesos
Countertop and sink starts at, 15,000

The island can be expanded with two additional cabinets on either end for a total of 80″ of island. A basic cabinet around 21″ wide with one drawer and one door would run around 4,000 with slab doors or you can put a bank of drawers in for around 7,000 pesos per cabinet for a 21″ wide cabinet. You can add five part doors and even five part drawer fronts on the set for around 200 pesos per door or drawer front
