U.S. Style Cabinet, Where You Go When You Want it Done Right

Our Shop

Our shop is in a very old building close to Marquee Mall.  There is a gas station right across the street, and a bus station right behind the gas station. Take that angled road right besides the gas station, go past the bus station exit and we are about a kilometer Northwest on that road.  You will see some new apartment buildings on the left side and a double metal gate with some very old tin buildings.

Our building was once a feed mill and the floor was covered with raised foundations for the machinery and a very rough floor. We spent about two months removing old pedestals and foundations and laying a nice flat and smooth floor.  Then we put in a new electrical system to handle the machinery power requirements and built an office and a small showroom.

The building is hard to find so get our phone number off our contact page and call us before you come.  Google hasn’t put us on the map yet, you have to get post card from Google and if you live in the Philippines you know how bad the mail can be.  But we needed a building away from others because of the noise and fumes so unless you want to pay 100K per month your options are limited.  But we have made it into a nice shop.  Plenty of old holes in the side tin but the roof is not leaking and we have very tall ceilings and around 300 square meters of building.  If you visit drive in past all the roosters on tie cords and park in the back and walk back up the side road to the door in the center of the building and we would be glad to show you around.

Vanity Cabinets

We have a finishing area in the back of the shop where we can shop finish painted cabinets.  Then we have the double panel saws along the wall, various router tables for making notches, a 32 mm drilling rig set up to drill the 32 mm system holes that are used for setting hardware and shelf brackets, a nice table saw for small parts, a chop saw, a big wood shaper for making five part doors or raised panel doors, a nice portable vacuum system to ensure good quality cuts on the machines, a 35mm door hinge drill for making door hinge holes, a wood planer, a drill press, and a bunch of metal fabrication tools like sheet metal brakes, sheet metal shears, bar stock shears, welders, and grinders for the occasional metal working need on cabinets.

A lot of our tooling and even some of the machines were imported from the U.S..   We have the tools needed to do awesome solid surface seams that will make countertop seams nearly invisible.

Here are a few videos of the shop and workers working on projects.

Laminate cabinets ready for cabinet backs and drawer boxes
Laminated upper cabinets waiting on cabinet backs and doors to be made. Behind the cabinets is one of our huge panel saws used to cut plywood into cabinet parts. We have a vertical saw and a horizontal saw so we can work efficiently and accurately. Many Philippines cabinet makers work on site with hand held circular saws so they are not able to make accurate frameless cabinets.
